Corky – Jack’s best pal

Corky Turtle is everbody’s friend-to-the-end boy turtle. Corky thinks things through. He’s durable, patient and willing to try anything. Corky doesn’t give up easily and is Jack’s best-friend.

Corky Turtle lives in Duckport in a round cottage with a thatched roof, just around the corner from Suzy Ducken. If he were a human boy, he would be between 7 and 11 years old. Corky lives with his very old many-times-great-grandfather Ebenezer Moses. His parents are gone often, traveling around The Beak Isles making maps of the region, and rescuing wayward tortoises, so we seldom see them.

Corky’s best friend is Jack Quacker. His other bestfriend is Suzy Ducken. Suzy was his very first friend. Corky loves hanging out with Jack Quacker because Jack is always thinking up new adventures, and Corky is always there to help Jack make the adventures work!
